We manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes external finishes while leaving the interior flexible; and the Essential Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Kits are available in eleven designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat Kit has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

We also supply specialist self build garden buildings throughout the South West of England. We have designed our range of superior build workshops to offer homeowners a choice of strong, insulated and secure workshops that are fit for purpose and suitable for a variety of locations.

Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

Our workshop kits are built using the SIPs system that we manufacture at our purpose-built facility using the highest quality materials; a cost-effective, sustainable method of construction delivers strength, versatility and longevity.

Pods

We design and build a wide range of insulated pods, tailored to suit different needs. Our glamping pods, including models such as the Classic, Premier, Maximus and Escape, feature curved roofs, bright interiors and flexible layouts.

We also create modular pods using structural insulated panels, with options like the Cube, Barn, Abode, Retreat, Lodge, Cabin, Duo and Trio. These are prefabricated for efficient delivery and quick assembly.

For sites that are harder to access, we provide flat-pack pod kits, available as external shells or with internal finishes, allowing easy transport and assembly.

Our pods are ideal for glamping sites, hotels, schools, pubs, activity centres, sports clubs and more, providing versatile and stylish accommodation across the UK. You can choose a full build or a kit option, and we’ll work with you to deliver the perfect solution for your project.

This cedar garden room was built for a client in the Cornish countryside. The main function of this room was to be used as a home office and free up some space in the house.

Luxury Executive Garden Building

This is a huge bespoke luxury executive model garden room that we built in the southwest. This is a multipurpose room that includes an insulated home office, an endless pool and storage space for the client's business.

Bespoke Day Room

This is a bespoke garden room with folding doors for easy access. This one was built for use as a day room for residents of a residential nursing home. The building is complemented by a decked area and wooden planters.

Cedar Studio

This is a premier studio room in cedar wood that we built for a client in Tewkesbury. This model has aluminium bi-fold doors, extra windows and a bespoke deck. We built this luxury room for use as a family room for the client.
