Future Rooms builds insulated garden rooms across Somerset. These are made with 97 mm or 122 mm SIPs for great insulation. Our team installs the ground screws and assembles the garden room; most projects finish in four to five days, but faster with an existing base. Standard specification includes SIP shell, EPDM roof, guttering, anthracite uPVC glazing, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting, sockets, exterior lights, and a fuseboard. You can choose from a range of upgrades, or create a bespoke garden room or garden office to suit your needs.
Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, making it a great option for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a small, single-person space with full-height front glazing. As well as our standard designs we can build a custom room for you.
