Position: Sub-Contract SIPs and Timber Frame Installation Crew

Hours: Sub-Contract: on a project basis, with some overnight stays

Fitting - throughout the UK

Job Description: We are looking for experienced builders and carpenters to join our team of fitters installing SIPs built annexes, home extensions and garden rooms throughout the country. Opportunities are available on a sub-contract basis and training will be given.

You will be reliable and enthusiastic and keen to work in a busy team in a growing, forward-thinking company.

Essential skills for these roles:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a small team
  • Competent in the safe manual handling of materials
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in working on site on a range of projects
  • Capable of adhering strictly to health and safety measures

Position: Foreman-SIPs and Timber Frame Installation Crew

Hours: Full Time: approximately 50 hours per week, with some overnight stays

Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Gloucestershire GL19 3QS

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Foreman/Carpenter to run a small team of fitters installing garden rooms throughout the country.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and proactive and keen to work in a busy team in an expanding, forward-thinking company.

Position: SIPs and Timber Frame Production Operative

Hours: Full Time: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Salary: £27,000 -£32,000per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Gloucestershire GL19 3QS

Job Description: We are recruiting for a Production Operative at our manufacturing facility in Gloucestershire, who will have responsibility for assembling materials on working benches to form wall, roof and floor panels accurately to the structural drawings provided.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, proactive and ready for a key role in an expanding company that offers opportunities for progression and training.

Essential skills for the role:

  • Ability to operate a variety of handheld power tools and static machines
  • Competent in the safe manual handling of materials
  • Ability to work construction drawings and accurate measurements
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in working effectively to deadlines
  • Capable of adhering strictly to health and safety measures

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of joinery, carpentry or multi-trade experience.

As part of this important role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake general housekeeping duties to a high standard, alongside maintenance inspections, reporting faults to the Workshop Supervisor and carrying out quality control checks.
