Our SIPs buildings are highly insulated, strong and durable, easy to order and quick to install, whether by us or by you.

Installed rooms can be programmed within as little as four weeks, and our DIY Kits are delivered straight to your home with short lead times, ensuring that there’s no waiting for months to enjoy your garden room.

Finance options are also available to help you spread the cost.

Our Garden Room Superstore offers a range of installed and DIY garden rooms and home workshops that give our customers a huge choice on the style, size and specification of their garden room or home workshop.

Future Rooms is one of the most experienced and trusted Garden Room installers in the UK, and this experience has helped us create an efficient, stylish and affordable range of garden rooms, home workshops and DIY kits.

We have designed two distinct specification options for our customers, recognising that budgets vary as well as the uses. We have eight well-designed and contemporary models to choose from, each available in either a Premier or Classic specification and also in DIY kit form as well as installed by us.

Our Premier range offers the highest level of insulation, strength and finish, with 100 mm insulation in walls, roof and floor and 122 mm thick SIPs. A more budget-friendly affordable option is our Classic range, which still offers a superior insulated garden room for year-round use. The floor and walls are 97 mm-thick SIPs with 75 mm insulation; the roof is made from 122 mm SIPs (100 mm insulation) and finished internally with MDF-lined walls.

What are Sips?

Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are a modern and efficient method of construction, utilising off-site manufacture. They are suitable for a variety of uses, ranging from small ancillary buildings through to residential, commercial, leisure and public sector construction projects.

SIP panels consist of two sheets of OSB3 (orientated strand boards) adhered to a sheet of rigid foam insulation. These panels are compressed together under high pressure to form a structurally strong panel, set with specialist adhesive.

We manufacture our own SIPs at our purpose-built premises to exacting standards using high-quality EPS insulation and FSC-certified and structurally graded orientated strand board.

We use our manufactured SIPs to construct our garden rooms and modular buildings because they are strong, efficient and versatile.
