Future Rooms installs insulated garden rooms across Cornwall for home offices, studios, playrooms and extra living space. Our standard range includes eight designs in a choice of sizes, with bespoke options also available.
Installed buildings use SIPs for year-round insulation and include a choice of cladding, anthracite grey uPVC glazing, an EPDM roof with guttering, laminate flooring and electrics ready for connection. Most standard installations are completed in around four to five days, with ground screw foundations included, excluding service connections.

We supplied this studio model for a client between Penzance and Mousehole. The building is used as a home office.
This client wanted a building to use for guest accommodation to rent out to tourists. They opted for a bespoke version of the Metro with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. The size of this build was 6 m x 4 m, and we constructed it using cedar timber. To enhance the guest stay, we installed a decked area to allow for alfresco eating by residents.
