If space is limited, a well-designed compact garden room can still give you a bright, practical and fully insulated extra room. Our smallest models are designed for small gardens and narrow plots, making them ideal for a small garden office, hobby room or snug.

Several of our compact garden rooms are under 10 m², making them suitable for smaller gardens where every metre matters. The Solo is cube-shaped and starts at 6.25 m², while the Studio, Metro, Haven and Executive all start at 7.5 m².

All sizes shown are external sizes. Bespoke sizes are also available if your garden is narrow, awkwardly shaped or limited by boundaries.

Our smaller garden rooms have the same features and build quality as our larger models. All of our contemporary garden rooms are built to order, with optional bespoke features available.

Our smallest model is the Solo garden room, starting from a 2.5 m x 2.5 m external size. Other models start at a 3 m x 2.5 m external size, including the popular Studio and the contemporary Executive.

Shell External Solo

The Solo: External Size From 2.5 m x 2.5 m

The Solo is our most compact small garden office, designed for one person. A landscape window to the side elevation and recessed doors built into the corner make this garden room a light-filled space to work in without compromising on practicalities. This well-proportioned, cube building starts at an external size of 2.5 m x 2.5 m. Other external sizes are 2.8 m x 2.5 m and 2.8 m x 2.8 m. The Solo comes in two configurations: standard and corner glazing options.

Studio

The Studio: External Size From 3 m x 2.5 m

The Studio is one of our most popular small modern garden rooms, offering a bright interior in a compact 3 m x 2.5 m layout. The Studio is available in a range of dimensions, including this smaller external footprint for tighter spaces. For the Premier Studio model build it using SIPs and finish it in cedar, Thermowood or composite cladding, with the same options available in the wider range.

Executive Garden Room

The Executive: External Size From 3 m x 2.5 m

The Executive is a contemporary small garden room with a recessed front elevation, decked step and generous glazing, making it a strong choice for a modern garden office, studio or leisure space. It starts at a 3 m x 2.5 m external size and is available in larger dimensions if you need more room for storage, seating or client meetings. We build it using SIPs, with Premier and Classic specifications available depending on your project and budget.

Metro Garden Room

The Metro: External Size From 3 m x 2.5 m

The Metro is a contemporary building with a versatile layout. It features detailing with the cladding around the doors and fascia and has French doors to one side of the front elevation and a full-height glazed panel to the other.

Choose Thermowood, British Cedar, composite or Western Red Cedar cladding. This is available either installed or as a DIY kit. For compact plots, the Metro starts at a 3 m x 2.5 m external size, with deeper options available. This makes it a practical choice as an office, studio or snug.

Classic Haven

The Haven: External Size From 3 m x 2.5 m

The Haven garden room has an angular design that creates a distinctive feature in your garden, with a diagonal overhang giving the building a more design-led finish. It has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, allowing plenty of light into the room. The smallest version starts at a 3 m x 2.5 m external size, making it ideal for compact gardens.
