Future Rooms can build our insulated garden rooms in Somerset. These are made with 97 mm or 122 mm SIPs for great insulation. Our team installs ground screws and assembly of the garden room; most projects finish in four to five days, but faster with an existing base. Standard specification includes SIP shell, EPDM roof, guttering, anthracite uPVC glazing, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting, sockets, exterior lights, and a fuseboard. You can choose to upgrade various features or design a bespoke garden room and office so it suits your needs.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, thus a great option for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a small, single-person space with full-height front glazing. As well as our standard designs we can build a custom room for you.

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

DIY Garden Room Kits

Future Rooms manufacture DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. These self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation, and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Studio Taunton

Our client is a photographer and requires extra space to use as a photography studio. The building was required to have as much natural light as possible to make working easier. They selected our 4 m x 3 m studio model with additional windows. The build was from our premium range to ensure they had the best possible insulation. We decorated the room with an off-white paint and commercial-grade laminate flooring.

Studio Garden Room

This is a completed garden room that we built in Radstock in Somerset. This is a 3.5m x 4m studio model that is clad in cedar. The customer was using this for an extra room for their home, including some office space.
