One Bedroom Annexes

Our range of one bedroom granny annexes includes four stunning models, all with a spacious ensuite bedroom and doors and windows that allow natural light to fill the open-plan kitchen/living/dining room.

Two Bedroom Annexes

Our luxury two bedroom prefab annexes have been designed to sit harmoniously in their surroundings, whilst allowing natural light to fill every room and views of the outside to be enjoyed.

The Hanley

The Hanley annexe offers living space that allows light to flood in through sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows, with one ensuite double bedroom or two double bedrooms and a utility room in the larger two bedroom model.

The Ledbury

The Ledbury one and two bedroom annexe models feature a stunning L-shaped design with one ensuite bedroom or two double bedrooms with a bathroom and utility room and a triple aspect open plan living space.

The Malvern

The Malvern annexe has been designed to offer contemporary, open plan living, with sliding doors that allow natural light to flood in and either one spacious ensuite bedroom or two ensuite double bedrooms and a utility room.

The Welland

The Welland annexe is ideal for a longer garden, with a spacious double ensuite bedroom or two bedrooms and two bathrooms at the rear and a dual aspect kitchen/living/dining room at the front.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and all the team who installed our garden office at the end of November. I was delighted that EVERYONE from the crew who did the initial build (in just two days!), to the plasterer (a true "old school " artisan!) and the electrician and painting team were absolutely amazing, VERY professional, cheerful, quick and left the site very tidy indeed! I really appreciated their flexibility and attention to detail too.
