Our sister company, Future SIPs, manufactures and supplies SIP panels for a wide range of uses and stunning Self-Build Garden Room Kits for DIY enthusiast and competent installers.

Self Build kits are ideal for homeowners who aren’t in a position to wait for an installed garden room, office or studio. Our insulated DIY Garden Room Kits can be selected from the ‘off the shelf’ set size range or by using the ‘made to measure’ service for individual project requirements.

Every garden room achieves high levels of thermal performance and air tightness, requires minimal site assembly time and features a high-quality contemporary finish that will continue to perform year after year.

A Range of Multi-Use Flat Pack Garden Room Kits

Insulated Self-Build Garden Rooms are available are in seven models, three different kits and a range of sizes that will enhance any home and garden, while adding multi-functional space and value.

All DIY Garden Room Kits are supplied as a pre-manufactured SIPs kit, with a full set of instructions and drawings, and designed to be straightforward for a competent DIY’er or builder to assemble on site.

Shell Kit

The Shell Kit provides the insulated structure for your garden room, ready to finish internally and externally to the specification required, offering the self-builder the ultimate flexibility in the garden room’s finish and function.

Shell and External Kit

The Shell and External Kit provides the insulated structure and external finishes for your garden room. The internal finishes can then be selected and purchased from your preferred supplier and completed by the self-builder.

Complete Kit

The Complete Kit has been designed for ease of installation and comfort once constructed, with pre-finished internal and external walls. Cladding pre-fitted to rails, ready to screw into place, and doors and windows are pre-fitted to the frames, leaving just the glass to fit. Internal walls and ceiling are finished in MDF, ready for painting.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and all the team who installed our garden office at the end of November. I was delighted that EVERYONE from the crew who did the initial build (in just two days!), to the plasterer (a true "old school " artisan!) and the electrician and painting team were absolutely amazing, VERY professional, cheerful, quick and left the site very tidy indeed! I really appreciated their flexibility and attention to detail too.
