Insulated Garden Rooms South West

Future Rooms designs and installs insulated garden rooms for year-round use, built with 122 mm SIPs. Installation teams handle ground-screw foundations and on-site assembly; most projects are complete in four to five days. Standard spec includes SIP walls, roof and floor, EPDM roof covering, guttering, UPVC glazing, laminate flooring, internal trim, LED lighting, exterior up/down lights, and a certified consumer unit.

The Executive model adds a deep front canopy and wide glazing for shade and light. The Diplomat delivers clean lines with a full-width overhang and broad openings. Our Solo model has a compact footprint for small plots without losing natural light.

Options include Thermowood, British Cedar, Western Red Cedar, or composite cladding, extra windows or doors, bi-folds, heating, lighting upgrades, partitions, and bespoke sizes. Discuss planning constraints, access, and base requirements with the team.

We also manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation, and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat Kit has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

We also supply specialist self build garden buildings throughout the South West of England. We have designed our range of superior build workshops to offer homeowners a choice of strong, insulated and secure workshops that are fit for purpose and suitable for a variety of locations.

Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

We design and build a wide range of insulated pods, tailored to suit different needs. Our glamping pods, including models such as the Classic, Premier, Maximus and Escape, feature curved roofs, bright interiors and flexible layouts.

We also create modular pods using structural insulated panels, with options like the Cube, Barn, Abode, Retreat, Lodge, Cabin, Duo and Trio. These are prefabricated for efficient delivery and quick assembly.

For sites that are harder to access, we provide flat-pack pod kits, available as external shells or with internal finishes, allowing easy transport and assembly.

Our pods are ideal for glamping sites, hotels, schools, pubs, activity centres, sports clubs and more, providing versatile and stylish accommodation across the UK. You can choose a full build or a kit option, and we’ll work with you to deliver the perfect solution for your project.

This cedar garden room was built for a client in the Cornish countryside. The main function of this room was to be used as a home office and free up some space in the house.

Luxury Executive Garden Building

This is a huge bespoke luxury executive model garden room that we built in the southwest. This is a multipurpose room that includes an insulated home office, an endless pool and storage space for the client's business.

Bespoke Day Room

This is a bespoke garden room with folding doors for easy access. This one was built for use as a day room for residents of a residential nursing home. The building is complemented by a decked area and wooden planters.

Cedar Studio

This is a premier studio room in cedar wood that we built for a client in Tewkesbury. This model has aluminium bi-fold doors, extra windows and a bespoke deck. We built this luxury room for use as a family room for the client.
