Insalled Garden Rooms and Offices West Sussex

Future Rooms specialises in the supply and build of insulated garden rooms. We can install our full range throughout West Sussex, including in Worthing and Chichester. We have a range of 8 models to choose from, which come in a variety of designs. You can choose sizes from smaller 2.4 m x 3 m garden rooms up to big 4 m x 6 m options. We can also work with you to create custom designs and sizes, thus creating the perfect extra space for your home.

Installed rooms can be ready for installation within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Our experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden room builds can be completed within four to five days on site except for larger bespoke buildings.

Insulated DIY Garden Room Kits

Future Rooms’ DIY garden-room kits arrive as precision-cut SIP panels that slot together in a matter of hours, creating an airtight, highly insulated shell backed by a ten-year guarantee. Two specifications keep choices simple: Premier kits use 122 mm panels for maximum thermal performance, while Classic kits employ 97 mm panels for a more economical build; both are suited to year-round use.

Each kit is offered in two build stages: Shell or Complete, so you decide how much finishing work to take on. Standard packs include fixings, drawings and video instructions, and you can upgrade cladding, glazing and doors to match your style. The result is a strong, energy-efficient extra room that confident DIYers can erect quickly without the disruption of a traditional home extension.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Completed Rooms & Buildings West Sussex

Executive Model in Chichester

This is a 4m x 3m Premier Executive garden building made with Thermowood that we supplied to our customer in Chichester. This one is going to be used as a home office and study room.

Home Office & Gym

This is a multipurpose garden room that we supplied for a customer in West Sussex. This model is 4.5m x 3m Classic specification room that we clad in cedar wood. The customer is using this as a home office and a small gym.

Office In East Grinstead

This is a completed garden office pod in East Grinstead. This customer is using the garden room as a home office.

Man Cave in Crawley

We were asked to supply a large insulated building for our client to use as a man cave. This was to be big enough to house a large screen, a comfy sofa and some shelving for movies and games. The client opted for our garden retreat model as he likes the contemporary design. This building was clad with cedar and it was decorated it to suit the clients’ tastes.

Bespoke Room Horsham

This is a completed Premier Studio DIY kit that a customer built in Horsham for use as a home office. They opted for British cedar cladding at the front and thermowood to the sides & rear. This kit was installed with black aluminium glazing. This customer worked with us to create a bespoke-sized room which measured 4.5 m x 2.15 m.
