Witcombe Home Workshop

The second of our apex designed home workshops, this stylish design offers a light, practical and secure space with double doors in the centre, ideal for storing larger garden machinery such as ride-on lawn mowers.

This eye-catching home workshop is built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. As with all of our pre-fab workshops, it’s insulated, so that you have a strong workshop that can be used all year round.

The Witcombe Workshop Kit has been designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on mowers, motorbikes, fixed machinery, workbenches and leisure equipment.

It is available in a range of sizes and a choice of three different claddings, so that you can choose a workshop to suit the size and style of your home and garden, as well as your needs.

The Witcombe Workshop is built using the SIPs system that we manufacture at our purpose-built workshop using the highest quality materials. This sustainable, cost-effective method of construction delivers strength, longevity and versatility, ensuring a workshop that’s built to last.

Panel size and weight have been carefully designed to make manual handling and assembly easy, even in areas where the access is tight. The prefabricated panels are manufactured using high quality grey EPS insulation and FSC certified and graded timber to exacting standards.

Your choice of cladding is fitted to each individual SIP panel, making assembly easier, quicker and more precise.

As with all of our workshops, the Witcombe Workshop has high levels of air tightness and thermal performance, requires minimal assembly time on site, achieves reduced waste and ensures a high-quality finish that will continue to look stylish year after year.

Payment Terms

We offer structured terms to support you with the purchase of your garden room, with a four stage payment plan as follows:

Stage 1: £1,000 deposit to secure your order, built slot and installation date.

Stage 2: 35% of the total room cost due 4 weeks before your agreed installation date (this amount includes the £1,000 deposit already paid).

Stage 3: 55% of the total room cost will be due for payment once the room is on site and being installed, usually on Day 3 of the installation.

Stage 4: 10% of the total room cost is payable when the room has been fully completed. This is usually 4 weeks following completion of the installation, giving time to allow your room to settle and any post-installation issues to be addressed. When the final payment has been received, we will issue all the relevant certification and guarantees.

Concrete Base Foundation

You will need to have a concrete base installed by your contractor, if you don’t already have one. A concrete base for your garden room helps to ensure the stability of the room, helping to prevent damage from shifting over time. It also provides an extra layer of protection against moisture and can help to reduce noise transfer.

Our Service

We offer a complete service, which includes installation onto your pre-built concrete base and finishing to the specification you’ve ordered.

Throughout your project, every stage will be managed by our experienced team, from discussing your requirements and suitable garden room models through to manufacturing at our purpose-built facility and installation and finishing on site.
