The Executive Workshop combines well-proportioned space with style to create a light-filled, attractive workroom. This versatile garden workshop is ideal for a variety of uses, from storing equipment to enjoying hobbies and projects.

This home workshop is both stylish and practical and is suitable for a variety of locations. It has been designed, built and installed to last, with strength and durability in the walls, floor and roof. As with all of our workshops, it’s insulated, so that you have a robust and secure workshop that can be used throughout the year.

The Executive Workshop has been designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, work benches, fixed machinery and motorbikes.

It is available in a range of sizes and a choice of three claddings, so that you can choose a workshop to suit the style and size of your home, as well as your needs.

Built using the SIPs system that we manufacture at our workshop using the highest quality materials, this cost-effective, sustainable method of construction delivers strength, versatility and longevity.

Panel weight and size have been carefully designed to make manual handling and assembly easy, even in areas where the access is tight. The prefabricated panels are manufactured using high quality grey EPS insulation and FSC certified and graded timber, to exacting standards.

Every one of our workshops has high levels of air tightness and thermal performance, needs minimal assembly time on site, achieves reduced waste and ensures a high-quality finish that will continue to look attractive year after year.

Payment Terms

We offer structured terms to support you with the purchase of your garden room, with a four stage payment plan as follows:

Stage 1: £1,000 deposit to secure your order, built slot and installation date.

Stage 2: 35% of the total room cost due 4 weeks before your agreed installation date (this amount includes the £1,000 deposit already paid).

Stage 3: 55% of the total room cost will be due for payment once the room is on site and being installed, usually on Day 3 of the installation.

Stage 4: 10% of the total room cost is payable when the room has been fully completed. This is usually 4 weeks following completion of the installation, giving time to allow your room to settle and any post-installation issues to be addressed. When the final payment has been received, we will issue all the relevant certification and guarantees.

Foundations

Typically, we would expect you to need one of the three types of foundation for your garden room: pad, ground screws or existing/new concrete base.

Ground Screws

Galvanised pins that screw into the ground create a strong level platform for your garden room, offering a number of benefits:

Speed: ready to use, so same day installation
Strength: create a strong, solid base
Levelling: ideal for use on uneven ground
Unintrusive: causing less impact to tree roots and ground
Cost: less having to be spent on materials, time and labour

Pad Foundation:

Pad foundations are used where rocky conditions are found. We remove the topsoil, dig a hole out of the hard ground and back fill with a quick dry concrete to form a pad foundation. Our adjustable feet are then used to level off the base of the room.

Existing Hard Standing:

When a room is installed onto existing hard standing, our adjustable pads are used to level the base of the room.

We offer a complete service, which includes ground screw or pad foundations, installation and finishing, to the specification you’ve ordered.

Throughout your project, every stage will be managed by our experienced team, from discussing your requirements and suitable garden room models through to manufacturing at our purpose-built facility and installation and finishing on site.
