Future Rooms supplies and installs garden rooms and offices in Oxford and throughout Oxfordshire. Installed garden rooms can be ready within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for some of the larger bespoke buildings.

Our garden rooms are available in 8 designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio model has large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, home gyms, or an extra guest room. The Diplomat has a corner glazing design and thus is ideal for panoramic views. The Solo is a small, one-person space with full-height front glazing.

DIY Garden Room Kits

Future Rooms’ DIY garden-room kits arrive as precision-cut SIP panels that slot together in a matter of hours, creating an airtight, highly insulated shell backed by a ten-year guarantee. Two specifications keep choices simple: Premier kits use 122 mm panels for maximum thermal performance, while Classic kits employ 97 mm panels for a more economical build; both are suited to year-round use.

Each kit is sold in two build stages—Shell or Complete—so you decide how much finishing work to take on. Standard packs include fixings, drawings and video instructions, and you can upgrade cladding, glazing and doors to match your style. The result is a strong, energy-efficient extra room that confident DIYers can erect quickly without the disruption of a traditional extension.

Insulated Garden Room in Didcot

This is a studio model garden building that we build for a customer in Didcot. We made this one with cedar. It has sliding doors and small windows on the end walls for more light. The customer intended this for use as an office for a small business.

Garden Office Pod in Oxford

We built a cedar garden pod for a family in the Jericho area of the city. This one was a fully decorated standard model that was fully insulated with sip panels. For this build we used ground screw foundations and for the floor we used commercial grade laminate flooring. For this install, the size required was 6m x4m our largest standard model. This customer intended to use the room as a study and games room for the family’s children.

Executive Workshop in Wantage

This is a completed DIY Executive workshop that a client built for their home in Wantage.
