Our DIY Garden Room kits are available in various formats, models and sizes. Our self-build garden rooms are designed to enhance any home and garden while adding multi-functional space and value. Our most popular model is the light and airy Studio model, perfect as a garden office pod, which comes in a variety of sizes and finishes. If you are after a smaller SIPs garden room, our Solo model has a 2.5 m x 2.5 m version.

We have 8 ranges, all of which have lots of size options and four cladding choices for the exterior of your building.

We supply all of our kits as a pre-manufactured SIPs kit, with a full set of easy-to-follow instructions and drawings. We designed them to be quick and simple for a competent DIY enthusiast or local builder to assemble on site. We can supply these throughout Northern Ireland.

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Self Build Traditional & DIY Modular Pods

We also supply a range of DIY glamping pod kits, which are ideal for sites that are less accessible. Pods by Future Rooms has designed these to be constructed by a builder or competent DIY enthusiast. We build each of our DIY Pods to order and specification, and they are ideal for activity centres, glamping sites, hospitality businesses and educational organisations.
