Future Rooms is a specialist company in garden rooms, and we can install our full range throughout London. We have a range of 8 models to choose from, which come in a variety of sizes, from small 2.4 m x 3 m garden rooms up to 4 m x 6 m options. We can also create you bespoke designs and sizes, thus creating the perfect extra space for you.

Installed rooms can be programmed within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for larger bespoke buildings.

Each DIY garden room kit is pre-manufactured using our high-performance Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) system and comes with detailed instructions and drawings. Designed for efficiency, they are quick and straightforward for a skilled DIY enthusiast or builder to assemble on-site. We also install our full range of garden rooms anywhere in London.

Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.
