Garden Gym Pods & Yoga Studios for Year-Round Use

A garden gym pod gives you a dedicated place to exercise at home without taking over a spare room or other space inside the house. The same open floor space also works well as a garden yoga studio for Pilates, stretching and other fitness activities.

Our garden rooms are built using structural insulated panels (SIPs), creating a strong, insulated building for regular year-round use. Choose from compact rooms for individual exercise equipment through to larger spaces for several machines, free weights or an open studio layout.

Our standard garden rooms are available in external sizes up to 6 m x 4.5 m, with bespoke garden gyms also available across our Premier range. Buildings are available either fully installed or as DIY garden room kits, giving you a choice to suit your budget and project.

Create a Home Gym in Your Garden

A garden gym keeps your exercise equipment in one dedicated place and gives you somewhere to train without travelling to a gym or using space inside the house.

The room can be planned around the type of exercise you do. A smaller garden gym may be sufficient for an exercise bike, treadmill or weights area, while larger rooms provide more space for several machines, free weights and different training areas. A garden room can also combine a home office and gym where you need the building to serve more than one purpose.

Our Premier and Classic ranges are available in different sizes and specifications. For larger home gyms, Premier rooms can also be customised with different glazing, doors, cladding and bespoke dimensions to suit your equipment and available space. Installed garden rooms can be scheduled in as little as four weeks.

Garden Yoga Studios & Pilates Rooms

A garden room for yoga creates a quiet space for yoga, Pilates, stretching or general fitness away from the main house.

These uses need less fixed equipment than a traditional home gym, making open floor space particularly important. Larger glazed elevations can bring in natural light, while our apex-roof models provide additional internal headroom and a more open feel.

Your garden yoga studio can be used solely for yoga or Pilates or arranged as a flexible fitness space for several different types of exercise. For customers who prefer a self-build option, our DIY garden room kits provide a flat pack garden room that is delivered directly to site.

Choosing a Garden Gym Size

The right garden gym size depends on the activities and equipment you want to accommodate. A compact room may work well as a yoga or Pilates studio or for a small amount of fitness equipment, while a larger building gives you more freedom to create separate training areas or accommodate several machines.

Our standard external sizes range from compact rooms starting at 2.5 m x 2.5 m through to larger models at 6 m x 4.5 m. If those sizes do not suit your equipment or available space, our Premier range can also be used to create bespoke garden gyms in custom sizes.

Finance options are available to help spread the cost of an installed garden room.
