We installed this Classic Bespoke garden room for use as a home gym and indoor hot tub room.

The room was designed to fit the available space beside the house and patio area. The layout measured up to 9.9m x 3.5m internally, with an angled section built into the design rather than a standard rectangular footprint.

This gave the customer a larger home leisure space, with room for gym equipment, a hot tub and a separate changing area.

The front of the room included 4m aluminium bifold doors with a low-level threshold, plus a 600mm x 600mm opaque opening window. A 1200mm x 600mm grey UPVC landscape window with two openers was fitted to the right-hand side for extra light and ventilation.

The room was finished with Thermowood cladding, with external fireboarding to the sides and rear. Inside, water-resistant plasterboard was used, with plastered walls and ceilings painted white.

The building included 75mm insulated SIP walls, a timber-framed hip roof, an EPDM rubber roof, internal downlights, external downlights on a daytime sensor, four twin sockets and lights and sockets wired to Part P regulations.
