Garden Rooms Hereford & Herefordshire

Future Rooms builds insulated, year-round garden rooms in Hereford and Herefordshire. These are supplied with 122 mm SIPs, which give the rooms excellent insulation. Teams handle ground-screw foundations and on-site assembly; most installs finish in four to five days. Standard spec includes UPVC glazing, an EPDM roof, guttering, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting, and a fuseboard. Cladding options include Thermowood, British Cedar, Western Red Cedar, or composite.

We have 8 models to choose from; the Metro has a bright, contemporary design for use as an office or leisure room. The Haven has a striking diagonal overhang and a single door flanked by glazed panels. Our Witcombe model has a recessed front and an apex roof to meet height rules near boundaries.

DIY Garden Rooms

We manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. These self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation, and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution. For the complete kit you can choose two levels of insulation.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs; each has various size and cladding options available. The Studio Garden Room features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish and is ideal for offices, home gyms, or for use as a guest room.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side make the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

We have designed our range of superior build workshops to offer homeowners a choice of strong, insulated and secure workshops that are fit for purpose and suitable for a variety of locations.

Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

Our workshop kits are built using the SIPs system that we manufacture at our purpose-built facility using the highest quality materials; a cost-effective, sustainable method of construction delivers strength, versatility and longevity.

This is an insulated cedar garden room that we built on the Herefordshire border for a client. This is a bespoke version of our studio model with an extra window on the end for extra light.
