Future Rooms builds insulated, year-round garden rooms in Hereford and Herefordshire. Our insulated buildings are designed for comfortable year-round use and are available in specifications to suit different models and requirements. Teams handle ground-screw foundations and on-site assembly; most installs finish in four to five days.

Standard spec includes UPVC glazing, an EPDM roof, guttering, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting, and a fuse board. Cladding options include Thermowood, British Cedar, Western Red Cedar, or composite.

We have eight models to choose from; the Metro has a bright, contemporary design for use as an office or leisure room. The Haven has a striking diagonal overhang and a single door flanked by glazed panels. Our Witcombe model has a recessed front and an apex roof to meet height rules near boundaries.

Insulated DIY Garden Room Kits

We manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. These self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation, and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution. For the complete kit you can choose two levels of insulation.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs; each has various size and cladding options available. The Studio Garden Room features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish and is ideal for offices, home gyms, or for use as a guest room.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

Its corner-glazed front gives this model a more open feel, making it a good fit for gardens where outlook matters.

Glevum

Designed with offset glazing, the Glevum gives you a practical layout inside while still bringing in plenty of natural light.

Solo

A compact building made for smaller gardens, ideal when you want a separate place to work without using too much outdoor space.

Built for year-round home working, these insulated office spaces give you a quiet place to focus away from the house.

Bespoke

A custom option for projects that need something more specific, with flexibility on size, glazing, layout and finish.

Bespoke Studio on the Herefordshire Border

This is an insulated cedar garden room that we built on the Herefordshire border for a client. This is a custom version of our studio model with an extra window on the end for extra light.

Studio Garden Room in Ross-on-Wye

This is a studio model we built for a designer to work from in their back garden in Ross-on-Wye. We clad this build with cedar, and it was a 4 m x 3 m model.
