There are eight standard designs to choose from, with both Premier and Classic specifications available. Premier buildings use 122 mm SIPs with 100 mm insulation and can be upgraded with a plastered internal finish. Classic buildings use 97 mm SIPs with 75 mm insulation and come with a standard MDF internal finish.
Both specifications include a choice of external cladding, anthracite grey uPVC glazing, an EPDM rubber roof with guttering, laminate flooring and Part P electrics. Most standard installations are completed in around five days, and ground screw foundations are included, excluding service connections.
