Future Rooms is a specialist company in garden rooms, and we can install our full range throughout Cambridgeshire, including in Cambridge and Huntingdon. We have a range of 8 models to choose from, which come in a variety of sizes, from small 2.4 m x 3 m garden rooms up to big 4 m x 6 m options. We can also create you a bespoke design building in custom sizes or styles, thus creating the perfect extra space for you.

Installed rooms can be ready for installation within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for larger bespoke buildings.

DIY Garden Room Kits

We manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. These self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation, and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

The kits are available in eleven designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat Kit has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Studio in Cambridge

We supplied a cedar premium studio model for a university lecturer for their back garden. The room was a bespoke size to enable it to fit in the space at the end of the garden. They used the room as a study room that included a bookcase installed to store books, journals, and other papers. We decorated the interior, and the full French doors made it a light, functional workspace.

Music Studio Peterborough

The customer asked us to supply a music studio to be used by a band for a practice room in Peterborough. Our customer opted for the Metro design with acoustic walls for the primary function of sound blocking. The room was a larger one to accommodate up to 5 band members and equipment. The Metro is a contemporary design of ours, and we fitted it with French doors and with extra electricity sockets for functionality.
