DIY Garden Room Kits

We manufacture and supply a range of DIY flat-pack garden room kits via our sister company. These allow homeowners to create functional, insulated outdoor spaces. Kits are delivered straight to your home with short lead times, ensuring that there’s no waiting for months to enjoy your garden room.

Self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes windows, doors and cladding; and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

L-Shaped Garden Room

We recently manufactured and installed an L-shaped garden room in Bristol. The model was a premier bespoke SIPs room. We built the room with cedar cladding, and its size was 7.5 metres x 4 metres. Additional features of this garden room included a shower room and a kitchenette.

Home Office in Bristol

This building is a 3 x 3 m studio office pod we constructed using thermowood. Our customer uses this room as an office as an ideal solution to work from home.

Double Studio in Keynsham

This is a bespoke double studio model built with cedar cladding and 2 sets of French doors. We made this for a client in Keynsham; they used part for a business workspace and the rest for storage for the family.

Large Studio

This customer chose the 7m x 4m standard executive model constructed out of tanalised redwood. The primary function of this room is to be used as a photographic studio for a photographer.

FAQs

Many garden rooms fall under permitted development if kept within height and boundary limits and used as incidental space. We’ll check your address and advise the simplest, compliant route.

Most standard builds are complete in 4–5 on-site days, depending on size and options.

We plan panel sizes for side passages and mews access common in Bristol terraces; where needed we specify smaller panel sets.

Delivery to Bristol and the Southwest of England is free for all customers.

A garden office pod is the same structure as a garden room, but its purpose is specifically for working from home. Most customers furnish theirs with dedicated desk space, power points, filing cabinets, strong lighting, and a quiet setup for calls and focused work.
