Installed rooms can be ready for use in as little as four weeks, with costs and timescales confirmed at the point of order. Choose from eight core models with different exterior features, or discuss a custom layout if you need something outside the standard layouts.

- The Diplomat: Has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views.
- The Solo: A small, one-person space with full-height front glazing, starting at 2.5 m x 2.5 m. Costs and timescales for installed rooms are confirmed upon ordering.
DIY kits are supplied as flat-pack SIPs buildings, designed to keep on-site work straightforward. Kits are available across the core designs and can be used for home offices, extra living space, studies or playrooms. Delivery to Bath is free, with timescales confirmed when you order.
