Installed Garden Rooms Suffolk

Installed garden rooms are a practical way to create extra space at your Suffolk home without a full extension. They are built on site by an experienced team, they go up quickly and with less disruption than most building projects.

Each room is made from structural insulated panels in the walls, so you can use it all year as an office, studio, gym or hobby room.

An installed garden room includes an insulated base, strong subframe, EPDM rubber roof, guttering, double-glazed doors and windows, internal wall boards, skirting and laminate flooring. Lighting, sockets, an internal consumer unit and at least one external light are fitted, ready for your electrician to connect to the house supply.

You can then choose the cladding style and any extra glazing or wider doors to suit your garden and the way you plan to use the room.

Garden Rooms Suffolk

We manufacture and supply a range of insulated DIY garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our self-build garden room kits come in three variations:

The Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation.
The Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

We have a range of 8 designs available for the above configurations. You can choose building sizes ranging from small 2.5 m x 2.5 m rooms up to 6 m x 4 m for a big garden room. Choose from 4 cladding options: Thermowood, British cedar, composite and western red cedar.

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Family Garden Room

This is a Thermowood-clad 5m x 3m executive garden room that we supplied to a customer in Ipswich. This extra space is to be used as a family room.

Home Office Ipswich

Our client required a small home office in which to run his accountancy business. The room was to accommodate a large desk and some filing cabinets. The 4×3 standard metro building suited the client’s size and other requirements. This building required extra sockets, which were installed exactly where the client needed them. As always, this building was fully decorated, had commercial-grade laminate flooring and was fully insulated.

Studio Garden Room In Newmarket

This is the end result for a customer from Newmarket who built their bespoke DIY garden studio. It’s a 7 m x 3.5 m studio complete kit for which the customer supplied their own brick slips, and the Thermowood cladding was painted black. This building is used as a home office.
