Future Rooms supplies a range of garden rooms which are available in kit form to be installed by customers with DIY skills or a contractor. We also have a network of trusted installers covering the Midlands, including Shrewsbury and Shropshire.

Also known as garden offices, studios or garden office pods, we have a range of 11 models to choose from. These come in a variety of sizes, the smallest being the Solo or Snug which has a 2.4 m x 3 m option. For those looking for a larger room, we supply 4 m x 6 m buildings. You also have options for cladding; we supply thermowood, British cedar and western red cedar. If you choose the shell option, this enables you to source your own cladding.

Our garden rooms are all built to last and to have excellent insulation because of the SIPs that form the core structure of the buildings.

We also supply specialist self-build garden buildings in Shrewsbury, Telford and throughout Shropshire. We have designed our range of superior-build workshops to offer homeowners a choice of strong, insulated and secure workshops that are fit for purpose.

Our SIPs workshops are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated so that you have a workshop that is suitable to use all year round.

We have three models: the Executive with a flat roof and the Witcombe and Glevum, which both have apex roofs for extra interior height. They are all great for use as art studios, for creators or for extra storage space. These are suitable for storing heavy machinery, motorbikes or ride-on garden equipment.

If you need somthing bigger for accomodation that a garden room, we also sell fully equipped garden annexes built with sustainable SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels). These are available as turnkey builds or flat pack kits.

Our one-bedroom annexes feature an ensuite bedroom and open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space with large glazing for natural light. Two-bedroom models add a second double bedroom and extra bathroom while keeping the open-plan design.

Every annexe comes with a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, heating, flooring, and external finishes, and we handle planning, groundworks, and installation. Designed to BS3632 standards or Part L, our annexes are energy-efficient, durable, and ideal as independent living spaces for family or guests.
