Future Rooms sells and installs garden rooms and offices throughout Hertfordshire. Installed rooms can be ready for installation within as little as four weeks, so there’s no long wait for you to enjoy your new space.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio model has large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive garden office is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat garden room has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a small, one-person home office with full-height front glazing.

Built with SIP panels for strong insulation and airtightness, our installed rooms are designed for year-round use. Typical builds include ground screw foundations (service connections excluded), uPVC glazing, an EPDM rubber roof with guttering, laminate flooring, internal wall lining and electrics ready for connection.

Garden Room Kits

We manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. These self-build kits come in three stages: Shell Kit (insulated structure), Shell & External Kit (shell plus key external elements such as cladding, glazing and roof coverings), and Complete Kit (adds internal finishes for a faster route to a finished space).

The kits are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. Each building is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site.

This project in Hitchin features a classic specification model, clad in cedar and Thermowood. The building measures 4.5 m x 3 m and is equipped with upgraded aluminium glazing. The customer uses this space as a home office.

Many garden rooms fall under permitted development if kept within height and boundary limits and used as incidental space. We’ll check your address and advise the simplest, compliant route.

Most standard builds are complete in 4–5 on-site days, depending on size and options.

We plan panel sizes for ease of access; where needed we specify smaller panel sets.

Future Rooms can supply and install garden buildings throughout Hertfordshire; lead times are confirmed upon ordering, and it takes under a week to complete the build. We can also supply and deliver our DIY kits for free anywhere in Hertfordshire, including:
