Future Rooms is a specialist in building luxury garden rooms, and we can install our full range throughout Dorset, including in Poole and Bournemouth. We have a range of 8 models to choose from. You can choose from various sizes, from small 2.5 m x 3 m garden rooms up to 4 m x 6 m options. We can also create you bespoke designs and sizes, thus creating the perfect extra space for you.

Installed rooms can be ready in as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for the bigger bespoke buildings.

Future Rooms also manufactures and supplies DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation, and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Our garden room kits are available in eleven designs, each catering to different needs. The studio features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a small, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Studio Bournemouth

This is a luxury studio room at the end of this garden in Bournemouth. The customer uses this garden building as an extra living space. We made the room from cedar, and it has additional side windows for extra light.

Studio Poole

We built this bespoke premier studio in Poole for a customer. This building measured 5 m x 3 m. We made it from cedar wood and it has aluminium bi-fold doors and extra glazing. They used this one as a home office for a small business.

Guest Accommodation in Weymouth

This client required a large bespoke building at their place in Weymouth to use for a holiday let. The build was to include a bedroom to accommodate a kingsize bed and furniture and have a separate bathroom with a shower installed. This building has French doors for access, was made from thermowood and had our thickest insulation with 100 mm SIPs panels. The customer required the room to be decorated in light colours and have commercial-grade laminate flooring, which is standard in all our buildings.
