Future Rooms is a specialist in building luxury garden rooms and we can install our full range throughout Dorset incluidng in Poole and Bournemouth. We have a range of 8 models to choose from. You can choose from a variety of sizes from small 2.4m x 3m garden rooms upto 4 m x 6 m options. We can also create you bespoke designs and sizes, thus creating the perfect extra space for you.

Installed Rooms can be ready withinas little as four weeks so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for the bigger bespoke buildings.

DIY Garden Room Kits

Future Rooms also manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes external finishes while leaving the interior flexible; and the Essential Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Our garden room kits are available in eleven designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a small, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

Studio Bournemouth

This is a luxury studio room at the end of this garden in Bournemouth. The customer uses this garden building as an extra living space. We made the room from cedar and has additional side windows for extra light.

Studio Poole

We built this bespoke premier studio in Poole for a customer. This building measured 5m x 3m. We made it from cedar wood, has aluminum bi-fold doors and extra glazing. They used this one as a home office for a small business.

Guest Accommodation in Weymouth

This client required a large bespoke building at their place in Weymouth to use for a holiday let. The build was to include a bedroom to accommodate a kingsize bed and furniture and having a separate bathroom with a shower installed. This building has French doors for access, was made from thermowood and had our thickest insulation with 100mm sips panels. The customer required the room to be decorated in light colours and having commercial grade laminate flooring, which is standard in all our buildings.
