Future Rooms designs and installs insulated garden rooms across Dorset. We have a range of eight models to choose from. You can choose from various sizes, from small 2.5 m x 2.5 m designs up to 6 m x 4 m options. We can also create bespoke designs and sizes, so you get the right space for how you’ll use it.

Installed rooms can be ready in as little as four weeks. Our experienced teams handle on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most builds take four to five days on site, with larger bespoke buildings taking longer.

DIY Garden Room Kits

Future Rooms also manufactures and supplies DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell & External Kit, which includes all the external finishes; and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished internal walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Our DIY kits are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo model is a small, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Each garden room is built to deliver thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site.

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Bespoke

We can make customisations to rooms for bespoke sizes, finishes and designs.

Studio Bournemouth

This is a luxury studio which the customer uses this as an extra outdoor living space. We made the room from cedar, and it has additional side windows for extra light.

Studio Poole

We built this bespoke premier studio in Poole for a customer. This building measured 5 m x 3 m. We made it from cedar wood and it has aluminium bi-fold doors and extra glazing. They used this one as a home office for a small business.
