Our garden rooms, offices and other SIPS buildings are available for installation throughout Cornwall. This includes Newquay, Falmouth, Truro, Penzance and Redruth. As well as garden room kits we also sell home workshops, storage, modular annexes and pods. We can also supply our DIY versions too with sort lead times.

Insulated Garden Rooms Cornwall

Future Rooms installs fully insulated garden rooms built with 122mm SIPs for year-round use. Choose from eight models which come in a variety of sizes from small 2.4 m x 3 m up to 4 m x 6 m and options for bespoke sizes. Our teams handle on-site assembly and ground screw foundations; most projects finish in four to five days.

Specifications include SIP walls, roof, and floor; EPDM rubber roofing; guttering; UPVC glazing in anthracite grey; laminate flooring; internal trim; lighting, sockets, and external up/down lights; and a Part P-certified fuseboard. Pick Thermowood, British Cedar, Western Red Cedar, or composite cladding, plus glazing upgrades like extra windows, doors, or bi-folds.

Our garden rooms are often used as home offices, playrooms, studies and for extra living space.

DIY Garden Rooms

Future Rooms supplies a range of 8 DIY garden rooms to customers throughout Cornwall. These are DIY buildings that come in a simple-to-use kit form with instructions.

We have 8 distinct models to choose from that come in a variety of configurations depending on your needs. You can then choose a big range of sizes from 2.4 m x 3 m rooms up to large 6 m x 4 m kits. We also do custom sizes and features if you require. Each garden room is made with SIPs, structurally insulated panels, so they are fully insulated and great for use all year round. To finish the room, you can choose from four cladding options, including cedar and composite.

Studio

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side make the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Home Workshops

Although our garden rooms can be used as a workshop, Future Rooms also sells a range of self-build workshops. We have designed a range of superior build workshops that are strong, insulated and secure. We have three designs which come in a variet of sizes and finishes.

These are not sheds but high-quality workshops we designed and built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. These are built with SIPs; thus, you can use the workspace all year round.

They are ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and arts or crafts. They are also perfect for machining and equipment storage.

Garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate heavy tools and equipment, including ride-on lawnmowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

If you’re looking for beautifully designed, habitable space for members of your family, Future Rooms supplies a range of one- and two-bedroom garden annexes. These offer stylish space, reduced annual energy costs, a range of features and a choice of finishes. Our annexe can either come installed, or we also stock flat-back annexe kits for quicker turnaround.

All of our annexe are designed and are built using our pre-manufactured SIPs system, an innovative method of construction that delivers sustainable, time-efficient and cost-effective builds.

Choose from our range of 4 annexe, including the eye-catching Welland model. The Welland One Bedroom Annexe has been designed to suit a long garden, with a dual-aspect open-plan living space at the front and spacious ensuite bedrooms.

Studio Penzance

We supplied this studio model for a client at their home in between Penzance and Mousehole. This building was for use as a home office for this customer.

Studio in Bude

This client wanted a building to use for guest accommodation to rent out to tourists. They opted for a bespoke version of the Metro with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. The size of this build was 6x4m, and we constructed using cedar timber. To enhance the guest stay, we installed a decked area to allow for alfresco eating by residents.
