Future Rooms offers a full garden room installation service for customers in Cheltenham and The Cotswolds on all our Premier Garden Rooms. Our experienced installers will take care of the full build for you. These Premier Garden Rooms provide the highest level of insulation and are available in eight stylish and elegant models. Our rooms come in a big choice of sizes, cladding finishes and designs. See our range of models for sizes, specifications and prices.

Our team will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). This usually takes four to five days to achieve for our standard range; however, it may take longer for bespoke buildings.

Our insulated DIY garden room kits offer a quick and flexible solution for homeowners who want a garden room, office, or studio without the wait for installation. We have various options for kit types, including the complete kit, which includes all the internal and external finishes and the basic shell kit.

We have 8 designs which are available in an array of sizes from 2.5 m x 2.5 m up to 4 m x 6 m. Four cladding options are available: British Cedar, Western Red Cedar, Composite and Thermowood. Each kit is made from Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), ensuring excellent thermal performance, airtightness, and minimal on-site assembly. With a contemporary finish, these garden rooms are built to last for years.

Our garden room kits come with clear instructions and can be assembled by skilled DIY enthusiasts or builders. Future Rooms can supply our kits in Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side make the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

The metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Our premium range of workshops is designed to give homeowners durable, insulated, and secure spaces that are functional and fit in most outside spaces. Unlike standard large sheds, our workshops are constructed with exceptional strength and durability, featuring reinforced walls, floors, and roofs. Each prefabricated workshop is fully insulated, ensuring a comfortable and practical workspace that can be used year-round.

Perfect for a wide range of activities and creative pursuits—such as furniture making, pottery, equipment storage, and machining—our garden workshops are designed for installation on concrete bases or sturdy paved areas. They can securely house heavy-duty items like ride-on lawnmowers, motorbikes, workbenches, and fixed machinery.

Bespoke Garden Room

This is a garden room that we built for a client in Brookthorpe on the edge of The Cotswolds. This one is glazed on both main walls, which have spectacular views all around.

Bespoke Day Room Cheltenham

This building is a bespoke model fitted with a stylish deck and made from cedar. We built this model for use as a day room for a care home in Cheltenham.

Small Garden Office Pod

We built this small garden pod for a client to use as a children’s playroom. It is one of the smaller options that we created with cedar timber.

Therapy Room Stonehouse

This is a 5x3m standard specification garden room that we built for a client to use as a therapy room. This building has a cloakroom and a kitchen area included. We clad this room in cedar wood; the client upgraded from MDF to melamine walls and includes uPVC glazing.

Bespoke Room Cirencester

This is a 6m x 4m DIY garden room constructed by a customer in Cirencester in the Cotswolds. The garden building has black aluminium glazing, and they have done the external walls in black onduline. They intend to leave the internal walls with the industrial look.

Studio Stroud

This is the end result of one of our DIY garden room kits that a customer completed in Stroud. This is the 4m x 3m studio model with cedar cladding.
