Garden Rooms Warwickshire & Coventry

Our insulated garden rooms and offices are available throughout Warwickshire and Coventry, with a full installation service from our experienced on-site teams.

Choose from eight models: the Studio, Executive, Haven, Diplomat, Glevum, Witcombe, Metro and Solo. Each available in either Premier or Classic specification. Premier uses 122 mm SIPs with 100 mm insulation and can be upgraded with a plastered internal finish, while Classic uses 97 mm SIPs with 75 mm insulation and a standard MDF internal finish.

Both include a choice of external cladding, uPVC glazing in anthracite grey, an EPDM rubber roof with guttering, laminate flooring, and electrics completed to Part P. Most installs are completed in around five days, and ground screw foundations are included (excluding connections to services).

Studio

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Bespoke

We can make customisations to rooms for bespoke sizes, finishes and designs.

If you're short on space in your garden and require extra space, our smallest models may be suitable.

DIY Garden Room Kits

We also manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, giving homeowners a straightforward way to build a fully insulated outdoor space using SIP panels that are cut to size and designed for fast assembly. These self-build kits come in three variations:

Shell Kit: the insulated structure for full customisation, supplied SIP panels for the walls, roof and floor with the essential build items and guidance to get the shell up.
Shell and External Kit: the insulated shell plus key external components, including your chosen cladding, uPVC glazing, breather membrane, battens, and a complete EPDM roof kit with guttering and downpipe.
Complete Kit: includes everything in the Shell and External Kit, plus internal finishing items such as pre-finished wall lining, laminate flooring and trim details to help you get to a more finished room sooner.

Each kit includes pre-cut splines and timber cappings, a full fixings pack, expanding foam and wood glue, plus a full instruction guide, installation video, and technical drawings (with a ground screw layout available if required).
