There is often a need for our customers to have small garden rooms or offices. Many modern homes have limited space, so this can influence the size options available.
Our smaller garden rooms have the same features and build quality as the biggest model. We build all our contemporary rooms to order and can have optional bespoke features.
Our smallest model is the 2.5 m x 2.5 m Solo garden room. Other models start at 2.5 m x 3 m, including the popular Studio and contemporary Executive.
Below are the models that work best for gardens with limited room.
We designed our Solo model for use as a single-person office or study space. A landscape window to the side elevation and recessed doors built into the corner make this garden room a light-filled space to work in without compromising on practicalities. This well-proportioned, square building starts at 2.5 m x 2.5 m and thus will fit into smaller gardens.
Our Studio creates a light and airy building with large glazed panels and is our most popular garden room. The Studio comes in a range of dimensions, including the compact 3 metres by 2.5 metres. We construct the studio using SIPs clad with cedar, thermowood, or composite. The smaller studio comes with the same options as the standard models.
The Metro is a contemporary building with a versatile internal layout. It features detailing with the cladding around the doors and fascia and has French doors to one side of the front elevation and a full-height glazed panel to the other.
Choose Thermowood, British Cedar, composite or Western Red Cedar cladding. This is available either installed or as a DIY kit. For compact plots, the Metro starts at 3 m × 2.5 m, with deeper options. This is perfect as an office, studio, or snug.
The Haven garden room has an angular design that offers a striking visual in your garden, with a diagonal overhang giving a real sense of design. It has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean and allowing plenty of light into the room. The smallest version measures just 3 m x 2.5 m, making it ideal for compact gardens.
