Garden Rooms Scotland

Future Rooms builds insulated, year-round garden rooms throughout Scotland, including in Glasgow and Edinburgh. These are built with 122 mm SIPs for excellent insulation. Teams handle ground-screw foundations and on-site assembly; most installs finish in four to five days. Standard spec includes UPVC glazing, an EPDM roof, guttering, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting, and a fuseboard. Cladding options include Thermowood, British Cedar, Western Red Cedar, or composite.

Our Executive model has a deep front canopy for shade and a premium feel. The Diplomat features clean lines with a full-width overhang and wide glazing for natural light. Glevum blends classic proportions with contemporary detailing, ideal for studios, gyms, or guest spaces.

DIY Garden Room Kits

Future Rooms supplies a range of stunning self-build garden rooms tailored for DIY enthusiasts and skilled installers across Scotland. These come in two options. the shell kit, which is the shell with insulation, which you can customise. The other option is the complete kit, which has all you need for a complete garden room. You can choose two insulation types with the complete kit.

We have 11 models, which come in various sizes and cladding finishes. The studio with big glazing at the front is our most popular design. If space is an issue, our Solo model is our smallest at 2.5 m x 2.5 m.

Each garden room is built with SIPs and delivers exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are built to maintain their high performance year after year.

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Garden Office Pod Galashiels

We supplied a thermowood metro model for a client in the Scottish Borders. They fully insulated this build with all the standard options. This building was to be used as a home office for the client’s advertising business.

Music Room Glasgow

A client needed a music practice room and studio to house a few people to play instruments and a desk area for editing. The client selected the 5x4 m DIY studio model because of the design and window configuration. They decorated the room with dark colours to create a vibe. Cedar was the wood of choice for this build with French-style doors and commercial-grade flooring.

We can install our garden rooms or deliver our DIY kits to you anywhere in Scotland. We can confirm delivery charges and timescales at the time of ordering, and we also offer a collection service.

Delivery charges for Edinburgh and Glasgow are £550; for further north or the islands, we will quote a price dependent on location.
