The Pent Commercial Workshop Kit is built using the Building Control Compliant SIPs system that we manufacture at our purpose-built workshop. This cost-effective, sustainable method of construction uses the highest quality materials and delivers strength, versatility and longevity, ensuring a workshop that’s built to perform and last for years. Our heavy duty Building Control Compliant SIPs are 15mm OSB sheathed and have 150mm of insulation.
Panel weight and size have been carefully designed to make manual handling and assembly straightforward, even in areas where the access is tight. The prefabricated panels are manufactured using FSC certified and graded timber and high quality grey EPS insulation to exacting standards.
As with all of our workshops, it delivers high levels of air tightness and thermal performance, requires minimal assembly time on site, achieves reduced waste and ensures a high-quality finish that will continue to look attractive year after year.
