Insulated Garden Rooms and Offices Manchester

Future Rooms supplies and installs insulated garden rooms throughout Manchester. Our garden rooms can be ready for installation typically within 4 weeks of ordering. They take 4-5 days to install by our experienced team.

Our insulated garden rooms are available in eight designs, which come in a variety of sizes and cladding finishes. The Studio Garden Room has large glazed panels, which give it a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, thus ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design which gives fantastic panoramic views. The Solo Kit is our smallest option, with sizes starting at 2.5 m x 2.5 m.

Future Rooms manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Self-build kits come in three build stages: the Shell Kit, the Shell & External Kit, and the Complete Kit.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

We can make customisations to rooms for bespoke sizes, finishes and designs.

Wood Manchester

We worked with Wood Restaurant to create a bar for their terrace area! The building and terrace are perfect for their patrons to enjoy alfresco dining and drinking in the nice weather.

Workshop Bolton

We were asked to build a room for a customer to use as a computer and laptop repair workshop. This required work surfaces, extra wall sockets and space for storage of kit. The client opted for the Executive model made from thermowood measuring 5x4m with 100mm SIP panels for enhanced insulation.

Play Room Cheadle

This customer required extra space in their home for their children to use as a playroom as well as somewhere to store their toys. They liked the design of the garden pod and being able to keep an eye on them playing. They opted for the big 6×4 m version with 100 mm insulation to help control the temperature. We fitted the floor with commercial-grade laminate flooring, which is easy to keep clean. This one was decorated with light colours and enhanced by the customer to make it a vibrant area to play.
