We offer a full installation service on our entire range of Garden Rooms, and our experienced installers will take care of the full build for you.

We have eight models of rooms available to choose from, all in either a Premier or Classic finish. Simply select from the models of garden rooms above to see further details on specifications, sizes and prices.

Experienced teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services).
As a general guide, our installed garden rooms take five days from start to finish to be installed (this may vary for bespoke rooms), and we may be able to offer a saving if a concrete base is already in place.

Future Rooms Garden Room Superstore – Choice and Quality

With two specifications to choose from, our Premier and Classic offer choice and value for customers. The Premier specification is built using 122mm thick SIPs (100 mm insulation), has a choice of external cladding, and has an optional upgrade of a plastered internal finish.

Our Classic specification is more budget friendly with 97mm thick SIPs (75mm insulation), a choice of external cladding and standard MDF internal wall and ceiling finish.

We have standard sizes in our price lists, and we can customise your room to specific sizes and upgrades, such as different glazing or additional windows, heating, lighting, plastered finish and internal partitions.

All our installed rooms also come with FREE delivery to mainland England & Wales. Delivery charges will apply for Scotland and islands.

Cladding Options

Our Installed Garden Rooms offer you a choice of external cladding from either Thermowood, British Cedar or Western Red Cedar. Prices are shown for each option on our models' pages and assume all four walls of the building are clad in one timber type.

You can choose whether all sides of your room are clad in the same timber; where external walls are not visible, you may prefer to opt for a less expensive timber, and we can provide a price change for this on request.

Every Garden Room comes with glazing supplied. The glazing options included in your choice are shown on each model, along with the relevant sizes.

All glazing supplied will be UPVC in anthracite grey externally and white internally.

Glazing upgrades are available, including additional windows, doors and bi-folds. Prices available on request.
