Future Rooms is a specialist company in garden rooms, and we can install our full range throughout Derbyshire. This includes installation in Derby, the Peak District and Chesterfield. Our garden rooms come in a variety of sizes, from small 2.5 m x 3 m garden rooms up to 4 m x 6 m options. We can also create you bespoke designs and sizes to fit any space or purpose.

Installed rooms can be ready within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for larger bespoke buildings.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio model has large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is our smallest option for a single-person workspace with full-height front glazing.
