Future Rooms is a specialist company in building insulated garden rooms, and we can install our full range throughout Berkshire. This includes installation in Reading, Windsor, Newbury, Slough, Maidenhead, and Wokingham. Our insulated garden rooms come in various sizes, from small 2.5 m x 2.5 m garden rooms up to big 4 m x 6 m options. We can also create you bespoke designs and sizes to fit any space or purpose.

Installed rooms can be ready for installation within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for larger bespoke buildings.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

We also supply a stunning range of garden room kits, which are designed to be straightforward to install for DIY enthusiasts and competent installers. Our range of DIY Garden Room Kits can be selected from the ‘off the shelf’ set size range or by using the bespoke service for individual project requirements. We have a choice of 8 models to choose from, including the popular Studio model, which is perfect as a garden office.

Our kits come in a variety of sizes, the smallest being 2.5 m x 5 m and the biggest 4 m x 6 m. You can also choose your cladding finish, including British cedar, western red cedar, composite and thermowood. Our shell kit is a great choice if you want to source your own cladding for your garden room.

Executive Garden Room Installed In Wokingham

This client required a garden office for use by 2 people to enable them to run their home-based business. They opted for the premier 6×4 m executive model decorated with neutral colours. We insulated the building with a 100 mm SIP panel and had commercial-grade laminate flooring. For this build we used ground screw foundations and built a small desk so the client can also sit outside of their new office.

These are the progress photos of a bespoke DIY garden room that we supplied to a customer in Reading. The bespoke garden room is approximately 16 metres squared. They purchased a shell kit and sourced their own cladding.

Future Rooms can install garden rooms and buildings throughout Berkshire. We can also deliver our DIY garden rooms, SIPs buildings and flatpack granny annexe to you anywhere in Berkshire, including to Reading, Bracknell, Slough and Maidenhead. We can confirm delivery charges and timescales at the time of ordering, and also we offer a collection service.

Depending on which part of Berkshire you are in, kits cost between £200 and £350 to deliver.
