Our core offering is a stunning range of garden room kits which we designed to be straightforward to install for DIY enthusiasts and competent installers. Future Rooms has a network of trusted installers that cover Berkshire and the southeast of England to assist those customers who want their garden rooms installed for them.

Our range of DIY Garden Room Kits can be selected from the ‘off the shelf’ set size range or by using the bespoke service for individual project requirements. We have a choice of 11 models to choose from, including the popular Studio model, which is perfect as a garden office.

Our kits come in a variety of sizes, the smallest being 2.4 m x 3 m and the biggest 4 m x 6 m. You can also choose your cladding finish, including British cedar, western red cedar and thermo wood. Our shell kit is a great choice if you want to source your own cladding for your garden room.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side make the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

We also supply specialist self-build garden buildings in Reading and throughout Berkshire. We have designed our range of superior-build workshops to offer homeowners a choice of strong, insulated and secure workshops that are fit for purpose and suitable for a variety of locations.

Our quality workshops are built to last using SIPs, which add strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our SIPs workshops are insulated, so they are suitable for year-round use.

We have three designs for home workshops, which also come in a variety of sizes and with a choice of cladding for the exterior. For those looking for something a bit bigger, we also supply a range of commercial workshops.

Our Annexes

Pods

We supply a wide range of insulated pods for use as accommodation at glamping sites. They are also suitable for use as extra rooms at hotels, schools, pubs, and activity centres. We have 2 core ranges: the traditional design with the curved roof and modular pods with modern, slick designs.

Our traditional-style glamping pods have curved roofs, bright interiors and flexible layouts. These come in a variety of sizes, with the Classic being a small two-person building and our Barn Pod that accommodates 4 people comfortably.

Our modular pods are built with structural insulated panels for added strength and insulation. Our popular models include the Cube and the Barn, which come in a variety of sizes and layouts. Our Duo or Trio models are perfect if you require a pod for larger groups. These are prefabricated at our workshop to enable efficient delivery and quick assembly.

We also sell flat-pack pod kits, available as external shells or with internal finishes, which are designed for easy transport and assembly. These are great for installing in hard-to-reach places.

School Building Reading

We supplied this bespoke garden building for use as a schoolroom in Reading. We supplied this with a custom shelving solution and a big decked area outside the main doors. Also, we built this model with a storage unit.

Executive Garden Room Wokingham

This client required a garden office for use by 2 people to enable them to run their home-based business. They opted for the premier 6x4m executive model decorated with neutral colours. We insulated the building with a 100mm sip panel and having commercial grade laminate flooring. This build we used ground screw foundations and built a small desk so the client can also sit outside of their new office.

Self-Build Garden Room Reading

These are the progress photos of a bespoke DIY garden room that we supplied to a customer in Reading. The bespoke garden room is approximately 16 metres squared. They purchased a shell kit and sourced their own cladding.
