Future Rooms is a specialist in building insulated garden rooms, and we install our full range throughout Berkshire. This includes Reading, Windsor, Newbury, Slough, Maidenhead, and Wokingham. Our insulated garden rooms come in various sizes, from small 2.5 m x 2.5 m up to 6 m x 4 m options. We can create bespoke designs and sizes to fit any space or purpose. Future Rooms SIPs buildings can be used for home or for commercial projects.

Rooms can be ready in as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden office pods can be completed within four to five days on site, except for larger bespoke buildings.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs to suit different needs. They are built to deliver thermal efficiency and airtightness. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance over time.

Garden Room Kits

Our sister company Future SIPs supplies a stunning range of garden room kits, which are designed to be straightforward to install for DIY enthusiasts and competent installers. Our range of DIY Garden Room Kits can be selected from the ‘off the shelf’ set size range or by using the bespoke service for individual project requirements. We have a choice of 8 models to choose from, including the Studio model, which is perfect as a garden office.

Our kits come in a variety of sizes, the smallest being 2.5 m x 5 m and the biggest 6 m x 4 m. You can also choose your cladding finish, including British cedar, western red cedar, composite and thermowood. The shell kit is a great choice if you want to source your own cladding for your garden room.

Executive Model Installed In Wokingham

This client required a garden office for use by 2 people to enable them to run their home-based business. They opted for the premier 6×4 m executive model decorated with neutral colours. We insulated the building with a 100 mm SIP panel and had commercial-grade laminate flooring. For this build we used ground screw foundations and built a small desk so the client can also sit outside of their new office.

These are the progress photos of a bespoke DIY garden office that we supplied to a customer in Reading. The bespoke building is approximately 16 metres squared. The customer purchased a shell kit and sourced their own cladding.

Future Rooms offers free delivery for customers in the county. We can confirm timescales at the time of ordering, and also we offer a collection service.
