Future Rooms specialises in garden rooms and offices, and we can install our full range throughout Bedfordshire. This includes installation in Bedford, Luton and Dunstable. Our SIPs garden rooms come in various sizes, from small 2.5 m x 2.5 m garden rooms up to 6 m x 4 m options. We can also create bespoke designs and sizes to fit any space or purpose.

Installed rooms can be ready within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for larger bespoke buildings.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site.

DIY Garden Room Kits

Our sister company FutureSips supplies DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit; and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

The kits are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat Kit has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Recent Projects

DIY Studio Shell Kit

This DIY Studio Shell Kit installation was completed for a client in Bedfordshire, with an internal shell size of 4m x 3m. The kit included SIPS panels for the walls, floor, and roof with 100mm insulation, joining splines, floor bearers, a deck step frame, all fixings and adhesives, and assembly instructions.

The build also included apertures for a 2800mm x 1950mm door and a 2000mm x 500mm window. Cladding and other finishing elements were supplied and installed by the client.

5m x 3m Studio Garden Room

This is a 5m x 3m Premier studio made from Thermowood with aluminium bi-fold doors that we supplied to a customer in Bedfordshire. They are using this garden room as a home office.
