Installed garden rooms are a simple way to add usable space to your Surrey home without a full extension. Built on site by experienced installers, they are supplied as a complete package and left ready for final electrical connection.
Each room is constructed from structural insulated panels with insulation in the walls, floor and roof. This creates a solid, dry and comfortable space you can use all year as an office, studio, gym or playroom. Most standard builds are completed in around four to five days, sometimes quicker if you already have a suitable level concrete base.
Standard specifications typically include an SIP floor on ground-screw foundations, water-resistant bearers, an EPDM rubber roof, guttering, double-glazed uPVC doors and windows, internal wall linings, skirting and laminate flooring. Internal lighting, sockets, a consumer unit and external up-and-down lights are also included, ready for your electrician to connect.
You can choose from several cladding options, such as Thermowood, British cedar, Western red cedar or composite boards. Less visible elevations can be finished in a more economical material if you wish. Additional glazing, wider doors or bi-folds can be added to make the most of your garden and bring in extra daylight.
