Our garden rooms are available in eleven designs, a wide choice of sizes and four cladding finishes. The Studio model features large glazed panels to allow lots of light into your building. The Executive model is ideal for home offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a small, one-person space with full-height front glazing.

DIY Garden Room Kits

We also manufacture and supply a range of DIY garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework allowing for full customisation or the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

You can choose from 8 designs which all have a variety of sizes from 2.4 m x 3 m up to 4 m x 6m so you can find the perfect size to fit your garden. For the complete option you can choose from 4 cladding options; composite, Western red cedar, British cedar and thermowood.

Our Garden Room Kits are delivered straight to your home with short lead times, thus there’s no waiting for months to enjoy your garden room.

Modular & Sips Buildings

Future Rooms also manufactures and sells a variety of SIPs, or modular buildings, throughout Nottinghamshire. We manufacture our own sips for use on the buildings.

We have a range of installed and flatpack annexe, which are in four base models with options for sizes, finishes and features. You can choose either one- or two-bedroom annexe versions.

As well as annexes, we build modular buildings, including offices, leisure buildings, sports facilities and modular classrooms. These are large projects which we can assist you with.

If you require extra space for accommodation, our traditional or modular pods are suitable. These come in a variety of designs and sizes and are popular with glamping sites and activity centres.

Metro Nottingham

We supplied a Metro garden room for a client that was to be used as a music studio for editing electronic music. This room was 5×4 m in size. It housed a mixing desk and other recording equipment. The client opted for our acoustic walls to reduce noise travelling through the walls. We made the building from cedar wood, fully insulated, and decorated to the clients’ tastes.
