Whether you need a small garden office, studio or extra living space, our modern garden rooms are available in several compact footprints and can also be tailored with bespoke features.

Our smaller garden rooms have the same features and build quality as our larger models. All of our contemporary garden rooms are built to order, with optional bespoke features available.

Our smallest model is the 2.5 m x 2.5 m Solo garden room. Other models start at 3 m x 2.5 m, including the popular Studio and the contemporary Executive.

If space is limited, a well-designed compact garden room can still give you a bright, practical and fully insulated extra room. Our smallest models are designed for small gardens and narrow plots, making them ideal for a small garden office, hobby room or snug.

The Solo from 2.5 m x 2.5 m

The Solo is our most compact small garden office, designed for one person. A landscape window to the side elevation and recessed doors built into the corner make this garden room a light-filled space to work in without compromising on practicalities. This well-proportioned, square building starts at 2.5 m x 2.5 m and thus will fit into smaller gardens.

About Our Solo Model

The Studio from 3 m x 2.5 m

The Studio is one of our most popular small modern garden rooms, offering a bright interior in a compact 3 m x 2.5 m layout. The Studio is available in a range of dimensions, including this smaller footprint for tighter spaces. We build it using SIPs and finish it in cedar, Thermowood or composite cladding, with the same options available across the wider range.

About Our Studio Model

The Metro from 3 m × 2.5 m

The Metro is a contemporary building with a versatile internal layout. It features detailing with the cladding around the doors and fascia and has French doors to one side of the front elevation and a full-height glazed panel to the other.

Choose Thermowood, British Cedar, composite or Western Red Cedar cladding. This is available either installed or as a DIY kit. For compact plots, the Metro starts at 3 m × 2.5 m, with deeper options. This is perfect as an office, studio, or snug.

About The Metro Model

The Haven from 3 m x 2.5 m

The Haven garden room has an angular design that offers a striking visual in your garden, with a diagonal overhang giving a real sense of design. It has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean and allowing plenty of light into the room. The smallest version measures just 3 m x 2.5 m, making it ideal for compact gardens.
