There is often a need for our customers to have small garden rooms or offices. This usually comes down to space. Many modern homes have limited space, so this can influence the size options available. Future Rooms UK do not discriminate, and size doesn’t compromise the quality.

Our smaller garden rooms have the same features and build quality as the biggest model. We build all our contemporary rooms to order and can have optional bespoke features.

Our smallest model is the 2.5 m x 2.5 m Solo garden room. The smallest of many of our ranges is 2.5 m x 3 m, including the popular Studio and contemporary Executive models.

Below are details of the models of our garden rooms that fit into gardens that have limited space available.

The Solo From 2.5 m x 2.5 m

We designed our Solo model for use as a single-person office or study space. A landscape window to the side elevation and recessed doors built into the corner make this garden room a light-filled space to work in without compromising on practicalities. This well-proportioned, small square garden room is our smallest option at 2.5 m x 2.5 m and thus will fit into smaller gardens.

About Our Solo Model

The Studio From 3 m x 2.5 m

Our Studio garden room creates a light and airy building with large glazed panels and is our most popular garden room. The Studio comes in a range of sizes, including the smaller versions, including a compact 3 metres by 2.5 metres. We construct the studio using SIPs clad with cedar, thermowood, or composite. The smaller studio garden rooms come with the same options as the standard-sized models.

About Our Studio Model

The Metro (3 m × 2.5 m)

The Metro is a contemporary garden room with a versatile internal space. It features detailing with the cladding around the doors and fascia and has French doors to one side of the front elevation and a full-height glazed panel to the other.

Choose Thermowood, British Cedar, composite or Western Red Cedar cladding. This is available either installed or as a DIY garden room kit. For compact plots, the smallest Classic Garden Retreat starts at 3 m × 2.5 m, with deeper options if you need more space—perfect as an office, studio, or snug.

About The Metro Model

The Haven (3 m x 2.5 m)

The Haven garden room has an angular design that offers a striking visual in your garden, with a diagonal overhang giving a real sense of design. It has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean and allowing plenty of light into the room. The smallest version measures just 3 m x 2.5 m, making it ideal for compact gardens.
