Future Rooms designs and supplies DIY garden room kits built with SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) for strength, energy efficiency, and quick assembly. Options include Classic and Premier specifications, which have different insulation grades. Kits are available as shell, shell plus external, or complete packages with finishes, glazing, flooring, and cladding choices, including Thermowood or cedar.

The Studio is our most popular model, featuring large front glazing that makes it bright and practical for a home office or hobby room. It comes in various sizes. Every kit comes with a 10-year structural guarantee, and installation support is available if needed. These garden rooms, offices, and studios are available in Brighton and across East Sussex.

Bespoke Rooms Brighton

This is one of our standard bespoke garden rooms that we built in Brighton. This building is 8 m x 5 m in size, it was made with horizontal cedar cladding and features aluminium bi-fold doors. The purpose of of this room was for use as an artist studio for www.alexander-johnson.com.

Home Office Hastings

This client required a home office in which to house their marketing business in Hastings. This was to include desk space for 2 workers as well as storage for documents. They opted for the light and airy studio model to be built with redwood and decorated in an off-white paint. They chose our premier range due to having the best insulation, as they will be working there throughout the year. This one used ground-screw foundations, had commercial-grade laminate floors and has a small decked area to sit out on nice days.
