Garden Rooms & Offices Devon

Future Rooms builds fully insulated, year-round garden rooms using 122mm SIPs. Choose from eight models with clear pricing, standard sizes, and custom options.

Installation teams handle ground screw foundations and on-site assembly; most projects complete in four to five days, or faster with an existing concrete base. Installed Rooms can be programmed withinas little as four weeks and then ready to install throughout Devon.

Standard spec includes SIP walls, roof and floor, EPDM roof, guttering, anthracite UPVC glazing, laminate flooring, internal trim, LED lighting, sockets, exterior up/down lights, and a certified fuseboard. Upgrade cladding, glazing, heating, lighting, partitions, and more.

DIY Garden Room Kits

We manufacture and supply garden room kits, which allow homeowners in Devon to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our range of self-build kits comes in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Our kits are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a small, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side make the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

The metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Home Workshops

We also supply specialist self-build garden buildings in Exeter, Plymouth and throughout Devon. This includes a range of superior-build workshops which are strong, insulated and secure. These come in three designs which are available in three finishes and lots of sizes.

Our workshops are not large sheds but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our workshop buildings are built with SIPs, thus insulated and suitable for year-round use.

These are ideal for various practical uses and creative hobbies, such as arts, crafts, machining and equipment storage. Our workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawnmowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

Completed Garden Rooms in Devon

Insulated Cedar Studio

This is a stylish 4m x 3m cedar-clad studio model that we built for a customer in Devon. We built this model with an extended overhang and aluminium bifold doors. Thus, a great place to relax, especially on a summer’s day.

Office in Exeter

Our client wanted a small and functional home office building in their back garden. This was to be used for doing admin for a construction firm. The model used was the studio, mainly to provide a light place to work. We made the building from cedar wood; we insulated it, and it came with commercial-grade laminate flooring.

DIY Garden Room in Plymouth

This is a 5 m x 4 m DIY Studio Shell Kit Garden Room built by our customer in Plymouth, Devon. They sourced their own cladding and glazing for this garden room.

Study Room Plymouth

Because of size constraints, this family required extra space to allow their offspring to have space to study for upcoming exams. The room required space for 3 desks, a printer and a bookshelf and to be easy to keep tidy. They opted for the studio model to be made from cedar wood. This build was from our premier range, so we fully insulated the building with SIPs panels. This build also had quality commercial-grade laminate flooring, and we decorated it to the customer specifications.

Guest Accommodation Torquay

This customer required a place to rent out to tourists in Torbay. The building needed a shower room, kitchenette, and space for a double bed and dressing table. This build was bespoke to fit the space required and fulfil all their needs. They chose the premium range with 100 mm SIPS panels for great insulation. We fitted a deck outside for guests to sit outside and enjoy the pleasant weather and eat alfresco.
