We manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our range of self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes external finishes while leaving the interior flexible; and the Essential Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

Our kits are available in eleven designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat Kit has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

We also supply specialist self build garden buildings in Exeter, Plymouth and throughout Devon. We have designed our range of superior build workshops to offer homeowners a choice of strong, insulated and secure workshops that are fit for purpose and suitable for a variety of locations.

Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

Our workshop kits are built using the SIPs system that we manufacture at our purpose-built facility using the highest quality materials; a cost-effective, sustainable method of construction delivers strength, versatility and longevity.

Insulated Cedar Studio

This is a stylish 4m x 3m cedar clad studio that we built for a customer in Devon, UK. We built this model with an extended overhang and aluminium bifold doors. Thus a great place to relax, especially on a summer’s day.

Office in Exeter

Our client wanted a small and functional home office building in their back garden. This was to be used for doing admin for a construction firm. The model used was the studio, mainly to provide a light place to work. We made the building from cedar wood; we insulated it and it came with commercial grade laminate flooring.

DIY Garden Room in Plymouth

This is a 5x4m DIY Studio Shell Kit Garden Room built by our customer in Plymouth, Devon. They sourced their own cladding and glazing for this garden room.

Study Room Plymouth

Because of size constraints, this family required extra space to allow their offspring to have space to study for upcoming exams. The room required space for 3 desks, a printer and a bookshelf and to be easy to keep tidy. They opted for the studio model and to be made from cedar wood. This build was from our premier range so we fully insulated the building with sips panels. This build also had quality commercial grade laminate flooring, and we decorated it to the customer specifications.

Guest Accommodation Torquay

This customer required a place to rent out to tourists in Torbay. The building needed a shower room, kitchenette, and space for a double bed and dressing table. This build was bespoke to fit the space required and fulfil all their needs. They chose the premium range with 100mm sips panels for great insulation. We fitted a deck outside for guests to sit outside and enjoy the pleasant weather and eat alfresco.
