Future Rooms is a specialist company in garden rooms, and we can install our full range throughout Bedfordshire. This includes installation in Bedford, Luton and Dunstable. Our SIPs garden rooms come in various sizes, from small 2.4 m x 3 m garden rooms up to big 4 m x 6 m options. We can also create you bespoke designs and sizes to fit any space or purpose.

Installed rooms can be ready within as little as four weeks, so no long waits for you to enjoy your new space. Experienced installation teams will handle all the on-site assembly, including ground screw foundations (excluding connections to services). Most of our garden rooms can be completed within four to five days on site except for larger bespoke buildings.

DIY Garden Room Kits

Our sister company FutureSips supplies DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation, and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

The kits are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat Kit has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo Kit is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side, making the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

The Metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.
