At every stage of a project, Annexe By Future Rooms has a range of services that can assist in delivering your project to site; whether you already have building regulations drawings from an architect and planning approval (if required) or you are looking for advice on a design concept.

All home extension and bespoke build kits include a structural design process as standard and a full structural appraisal from a third-party engineer, to ensure your project has the structural justification required for building regulations before it even reaches our in-house manufacturing facility.

The panels for your project are delivered to your property and then finished internally and externally by your tradesmen on site, to your desired specification.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and all the team who installed our garden office at the end of November. I was delighted that EVERYONE from the crew who did the initial build (in just two days!), to the plasterer (a true "old school " artisan!) and the electrician and painting team were absolutely amazing, VERY professional, cheerful, quick and left the site very tidy indeed!
