Many customers require something different from our range of garden rooms; thus, we offer a bespoke building solution. Many of the bespoke garden rooms and offices we supply for clients are a variation of our standard range of garden rooms or DIY kits with something extra added. Our range consists of 8 designs with 4 cladding options. These come in various sizes, from small 2.4 m x 3 m up to large 4 m x 6 m and everything in between.

Our range of garden room models offers a solution to your space requirements with different styles, features and designs to suit you. We design, manufacture, install and supply SIPs garden buildings anywhere in the UK. We can easily customise a garden room to suit your taste and other requirements.

Other custom features include specific sizes and alternative cladding or door/window configurations. Future Rooms can also provide custom modular SIPs buildings, including annexes, pods and sports buildings.

Our Standard Range

Our range has 8 garden building models with three specifications: shell kits, complete kits or premier installed versions. We can customise each of these options to give you the best possible garden room to suit you. We can also assist you in creating a perfect space to suit your requirements.

There are also various wood finishes to choose from, including thermowood, western cedar, composite and British cedar. Our buildings come in multiple sizes. If none of the standard sizes are right for you, we will design and build a bespoke garden room to your exact requirements.

Studio

The Studio is our most popular model. It is a versatile, bright and airy design to suit most leisure uses. This is perfect for use as a home office.

Executive

The Executive enhances any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat

The Diplomat model has a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside.

Glevum

With glazing offset to one corner, the Glevum is efficient in terms of use of space. A stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.

Witcombe

The Witcombe garden room incorporates an apex roof and a stylish recessed front wall.

Solo

Small and stylish, our Premier Solo is the perfect addition to your garden to create a comfortable workspace at home.

Classic Haven

The Haven has a single opening door with glazed panels to either side make the front elevation sleek and clean, with lots of light into the room.

Metro

The metro model is a bright, contemporary and bold garden room, perfect for home office working and leisure use.

Bespoke Garden Building Examples

Future Rooms offers a bespoke service to create a time-efficient and cost-effective solution to create flexible and inspiring spaces. These are some of the custom designs that we have completed.

Custom Garden Office

This is a custom 4m x 3m cedar-clad garden room that we built for a customer in Devon, UK. We built this model with an extended overhang and aluminium bifold doors. Thus, this room is a great place to relax, especially on a sunny day.

A Custom L-Shape Office

We manufactured and installed this customised L-shaped garden room in Bristol. This model is 7.5 metres x 4 metres in size, and it was an L-shaped room. Extra features included a shower room and a kitchenette.

Executive Pod

This expansive, bespoke luxury executive garden room was meticulously crafted in the Southwest to meet a variety of needs. Designed as a versatile space, it features a fully insulated home office, an endless pool for relaxation or fitness, and ample storage tailored to support the client’s business operations.

Room With A View

This custom-built garden room was carefully designed and constructed for a client situated on the edge of the Cotswold Hills. Featuring expansive windows on three of its four walls, the space offers a seamless connection to the stunning natural surroundings, allowing the breathtaking beauty of the countryside to flood in and be fully appreciated.

Day Room

This custom SIPs building was designed as a day room for residents of a residential nursing home. It features folding doors for easy access, a decked outdoor area, and wooden planters, combining practicality with a touch of natural charm.

Custom Sized Home Office

This is a completed custom 4.5 m x 2.15 m Premier Studio DIY kit that a customer built in West Sussex to be used as a home office. This build has British cedar cladding at the front and thermowood to the sides & rear. They chose black aluminium glazing for this model.
