Insulated Garden Rooms Swindon & Wiltshire

Future Rooms can build our insulated, year-round garden rooms in Swindon and throuhgout Wiltshire. These are made with 122mm SIPs for great insulation to ensure your comfort. Installers handle ground screws and assembly; most projects finish in four to five days, faster with an existing base. Standard spec includes SIP shell, EPDM roof, guttering, anthracite UPVC glazing, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting, sockets, exterior lights, and a fuseboard. Upgrade cladding, glazing, heating, lighting, and layouts.

Our garden rooms are available in eleven designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing. As well as our standard designs we can build a bespoke room for you.

We also manufacture and supply DIY garden room kits, allowing homeowners in Wiltshire to create insulated outdoor spaces. Future Rooms self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes external finishes while leaving the interior flexible; and the Essential Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

These come in various sizes, from small 2.4 m x 3 m up to 6 m x 4 m for larger spaces. You can choose from four finishes: thermowood, British cedar, western red cedar or composite cladding.

Each garden room is built with SIPs to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

Insulated Garden Offices

Completed Insulated Garden Rooms

We were asked to build a home office with storage for a marketing specialist in their garden. The room was required to keep work separate from family life and, because of limited space in the home, to work efficiently. Our client opted for the light and airy studio model; the size was 5x3m and made from the popular cedar wood. The room, as with all of our buildings, was fully insulated and installed with commercial-grade laminate flooring.

Garden Pod Salisbury

We were asked to supply a small garden pod for a family to be used as a children’s playroom and study area. The client only had a small space for the garden building to be installed, so they opted for the insulated square 3×3 metre model. The room, as with all our classic range models, comes with laminate flooring and electricity sockets and was decorated to their requirements.

Bespoke Office Pod Trowbridge

A customer in Trowbridge required one of our big 6×4 garden pods for use as extra living space for his family. The classic range was selected, which was installed fully insulated and had commercial-grade laminate flooring.

A Large Studio in Devizes

This is a 6 m x 4.5 m premier studio garden room that we installed in Devizes, Wiltshire. This build was finished with thermowood and has a 4 m aluminium bi-fold door. The customer was using this extra space for accommodation.
