Insulated Garden Rooms Swindon & Wiltshire

Future Rooms can build our insulated, year-round garden rooms in Swindon and throughout Wiltshire. Built with 97 mm or 122 mm SIPs for strong insulation and year-round comfort. These are ideal for use as home offices, studies, gyms, guest accommodation and games rooms.

Installers handle ground screws and assembly; most projects finish in four to five days, faster with an existing concrete base.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs.

  • The Studio Garden Room features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel.
  • The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms.
  • The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views.
  • The Solo is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Insulated DIY Garden Room Kits

We also supply DIY garden room kits through our sister company, FutureSIPs, allowing homeowners in Wiltshire to create insulated outdoor spaces. Self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes external finishes while leaving the interior flexible; and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

These come in various sizes, from small 2.5 m x 2.5 m up to 6 m x 4 m for larger spaces. You can choose from four finishes: Thermowood, British cedar, Western Red Cedar or composite cladding.

Each garden room is built with SIPs to deliver thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

A completed kit built by our customer Padel4all in Swindon, Wiltshire, to use in their sports centre. They chose our 4 m × 3.5 m studio kit to build themselves. They clad this building in a combination of cedar to the front and redwood to the sides and rear.

Garden Rooms Wiltshire

A Large Studio in Devizes

This is a 6 m x 4.5 m premier studio garden room that we installed in Devizes, Wiltshire. This build was finished with thermowood and has 4 m aluminium bi-fold doors. The customer was using this extra space for accommodation.
