Self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes external finishes while leaving the interior flexible; and the Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

These come in various sizes, from small 2.5 m x 2.5 m up to 6 m x 4 m for larger spaces. You can choose from four finishes: Thermowood, British cedar, Western Red Cedar or composite cladding.

Each garden room is built with SIPs to deliver thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a sleek, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

We supply insulated garden offices across Wiltshire. Our buildings are made using 97 mm or 122 mm SIPs, which give them the insulation and airtight structure needed for year-round use as a workspace. They can be installed on ground screws, and most projects are completed in four to five days, with faster installation possible where there is already a suitable concrete base.

We offer a range of standard designs as well as bespoke options. The Studio uses large glazed panels for more natural light; the Diplomat has corner glazing, and the Solo is a more compact layout for single-person use. If you need a separate place to work from home without extending the house, this gives you a practical building that can be specified to suit the available space and intended use.
