Future Rooms can build our insulated garden rooms throuhgout Somerset. These are made with 122mm SIPs for great insulation to ensure your comfort. Our installers install ground screws and assembly of the garden room; most projects finish in four to five days, but faster with an existing base. Standard specifications includes SIP shell, EPDM roof, guttering, anthracite UPVC glazing, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting, sockets, exterior lights, and a fuseboard. You can choose to upgrade various features or design a bespoke garden room and office so it suits your needs.

Our garden rooms are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a small, single-person space with full-height front glazing. As well as our standard designs we can build a bespoke room for you.

These self-build kits come in two variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation and the Essential Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

The kits are available in various designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio Garden Room Kit features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

Studio Taunton

Our client is a photographer and requires extra space to use as a photography studio. The building was required to have as much natural light as possible to make working easier. They selected our 4x3m studio model with additional windows. The build was from our premium range to ensure they had the best possible insulation. We decorated the room with an off-white paint and commercial grade laminate flooring.

Studio Garden Room

This is a completed garden room that we built in Radstock in Somerset. This is a 3.5m x 4m studio model that is clad in Cedar. The customer was using this for an extra room for their home, including some office space.
