Future Rooms traditionally supplies garden rooms fully installed. Due to demand, our sister company, Future Sips, now supplies DIY kits to build your own garden room using Structural Insulated Panels manufactured in-house.

Garden Room Kits

FutureSips has developed eight different models for building your own garden room as a kit. These kits provide a complete shell for your project. Each kit contains the required number of structural insulated panels to build the walls and floor in a range of sizes.

You can choose to finish the garden room however you wish. FutureSips supplies all the materials and finishes that you require. This includes external cladding, glazing and PIR-insulated composite roof.

What are SIPs?

A structural insulated panel, or structural insulating panel (SIP), is a sandwich panel used in the construction industry. SIPs are sandwich-structured composites consisting of an insulating rigid core between two layers of structural board and are used as building materials.
