Creative Garden Rooms for Year-Round Use

A creative garden studio gives you a dedicated room for painting, drawing, music, crafts or other creative work without taking over space inside the house.

Our garden rooms are built using structural insulated panels (SIPs), creating a strong, insulated building for regular year-round use. Depending on how you plan to use the room, you can choose layouts with plenty of natural light, open floor space, room for storage or additional sockets and acoustic options for music use.

Our Premier and Classic ranges give you a choice of layouts and specifications, with bespoke options available across the Premier range. Buildings can be supplied fully installed or as DIY garden room kits.

Garden Art Studios

A garden art studio gives you a separate place for painting, drawing and other creative work, with space to leave materials and equipment set up between sessions.

Natural light is often important for an art space, so models with larger glazed elevations or corner glazing can work particularly well. Additional windows are also available and can be positioned to bring more light into the room. You can add and position windows, doors and glazing options in our 3D Configurator before choosing your final layout.

For larger art rooms or spaces used for workshops and classes, our Premier range can also be customised with bespoke dimensions and layouts to suit the way you intend to use the room.

Garden Music Studios & Practice Rooms

A garden music studio creates a dedicated place for practising, recording or editing music away from the main house.

Depending on the project, options can include additional electrical sockets, space for recording equipment and acoustic wall upgrades to help reduce noise travelling through the walls.

The room can be planned around instruments, amplification, a mixing desk or other equipment, with larger layouts available where several musicians need to use the space together.

Garden Craft Rooms & Creative Spaces

A garden craft room provides a dedicated place for sewing, model making, jewellery, paper crafts and other creative work.

Keeping these activities in a separate garden room gives you space for worktables, tools, materials and storage without needing to clear everything away after each session. Larger rooms can also provide several work areas or space for small creative classes.

For heavier practical work involving machinery, substantial workbenches, larger tools or secure equipment storage, see our dedicated Home Workshops. These are designed specifically as practical working buildings rather than creative garden rooms.

For customers who prefer to complete the build themselves, DIY garden room kits are also available for self-build projects.
